Jill has prior experience working for and with global Fortune 100 and privately held organizations including: Applied Biosystems, Avaya, Brocade, Cisco, CoreLogic, Deloitte, Disney, DIRECTV, Intuit, Lam, GM, salesforce.com, Sun Microsystems AND individuals just like you.  

Jill holds a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in HR, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is a certified coach through Newfield Network, an accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) program. She is also well versed in the Zenger Folkman 360 assessment, Hogan Assessment, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect methodology, and a variety of change management and organization design approaches. 

Reveal LLC was designed to help individuals succeed in doing the things that they want in life - professionally and personally.  With over 15 years experience working for large organizations and consulting to executives in the C-suite on strategic organizational initiatives, Reveal will co-design solutions to help you achieve success for you and/or your organization.  Our goal is to address those things keeping you up at night so you can reveal and focus on your mission in this world. 

Jill Rafia, Owner and Principal, began life in a small Midwestern town.  With entrepreneurial parents and an insatiable urge to discover the world, it wasn't long before she began her own quest to conquer it.  On this journey, she tried on roles as a HR leader and consultant for many Fortune 100 organizations.  She discovered many things about what success meant (and didn't).  She also heard many stories from successful executives, who were struggling to manage changes in their work and lives, while delivering extraordinary results for their organizations.  After achieving the life goals that she thought she had always wanted, Jill realized that she hadn't found happiness as a result.  As part of this self-discovery, she realized that she could write a new story by changing how she saw the world, declaring what she craved in life, and taking some big risks.  At that point Jill decided to embark on a new chapter, Reveal.

Jill lives in Carlsbad, CA with her husband, Kian, and daughter. She enjoys exploring the great outdoors, traveling, yoga, running, food and wine, spending time with family and friends, and great conversation.
